Where Staedy publishes journalistic or editorial content, the person responsible under § 18 (2) MStV is:

Dispute resolution
Staedy is offered exclusively to entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB who act in the course of their commercial or independent professional activity when entering into the contract.
The European Commission platform for online dispute resolution was discontinued on 20 July 2025. Staedy therefore does not link to it.
To the extent that consumer information duties would nevertheless apply: we are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
We would rather solve it directly. Questions, complaints and objections can be sent to support@staedy.com at any time, or by replying to any Staedy email. The complaint and correction route is described under Customer rights.
Liability for content and links
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. We are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement.
Our pages may contain links to external websites over which we have no control. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal infringements at the time of linking, and no unlawful content was apparent.
