This page describes the service in general terms. Use of staedy.com — reading the site, downloading the OG image, or clicking through to the call-booking link — does not create a mandate, retainer, or any other legal relationship between you and Staedy or R&R Holding UG.
Where the binding terms live
The full Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) governing the Article 22 Authorised Representative mandate are provided as part of the mandate-signing flow once a prospective client requests appointment. The AGB are governed by German law, with venue in Munich. They are being prepared in cooperation with Counsel of Record (target: Osborne Clarke, Munich; appointment in progress) and will be available for review before any mandate is signed.
Insurance and records escrow
The service is backed by €5,000,000 professional indemnity cover per claim (Hiscox Germany — to be bound at customer #1) and a ten-year records escrow with the Bavarian Chamber of Notaries (notarial agreement signed prior to first customer). Certificates and the escrow agreement are made available to prospective clients on request as part of the mandate due diligence.
Scope of services
Staedy operates as a Vorbereitungsdienstleister (preparation service provider) and Bote (messenger) under German law. We prepare draft responses to regulator correspondence on the client's behalf. Every outbound response carries the client's explicit prior approval (Freigabe). Staedy does not provide Rechtsberatung (legal advice). Matters requiring Rechtsberatung — including but not limited to regulator escalations, conformity-assessment disputes, and any matter requiring representation before a court or administrative tribunal — are handled by Counsel of Record under separate hourly engagement.
